Color : Golden yellow

Nose : Because of late harvest (middle of November), the over ripe grapes are confering this sweet wine, notes of candied fruits and particularly notes of quince pasta.

Dish pairing : Foie gras, dessert or on the end of the meal just to enjoy. For most gourmet people : by the fireplace with a piece dark chocolate!
